Limonero 25 is beautiful building on Las Colinas Golf & Country Club.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the name says, our building is located in the Limonero community. It is one of the two apartment buildings on Las Colinas with private pools. The other one is the neighboring Limonero 24, built by the same company “Green Estates”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we bought our apartments, we were promised that we would keep the amazing views we currently have. On Las Colinas there is master plan that everybody has to follow and that is enforced by Las Colinas. Because of this master plan, Las Colinas has become an amazing place in Costa Blance South. Unfortunately, the current management has decided not to follow the master plan anymore and not to respect previous agreements. They clearly go for maximum profits. For us specifically this is a disaster, but it is clear that this will destroy, over time, the unique character and the property value.
